Revelation given through Joseph Smith the Prophet, at Nauvoo, Illinois, March 1841
125:1-41 What is the will of the Lord concerning the saints in the Territory of Iowa?
What is the will of the Lord concerning the saints in the Territory of Iowa?
2 Verily, thus saith the Lord, I say unto you, if those who call themselves by my name and are essaying to be my saints, if they will do my will and keep my commandments concerning them, let them gather themselves together unto the places which I shall appoint unto them by my servant Joseph, and build up cities unto my name, that they may be prepared for that which is in store for a time to come.
If they want to be my saints, they must keep my commandments and gather where Joseph Smith tells them to gather and build cities in my name.
3 Let them build up a city unto my name upon the land opposite the city of Nauvoo, and let the name of Zarahemla be named upon it.
I want them to build a city opposite Nauvoo and call it Zarahemla. [1]
4 And let all those who come from the east, and the west, and the north, and the south, that have desires to dwell therein, take up their inheritance in the same, as well as in the city of Nashville, or in the city of Nauvoo, and in all the stakes which I have appointed, saith the Lord.
Those who come from the east, west, north, or south who would like to live there, may do so.
Or they can live in Nashville or Nauvoo.
The Lord told the saints to come from the north, south, east, and west to build a city called Zarahemla.
And some of them did. But the city was deserted three years later. So much for the will of the Lord. (See Wikipedia: Zarahemla)

In the header of every chapter page you'll find a "Bible Books" drop-down menu that displays the books in the Bible, with links to the chapters in each book of the Bible and Apocrypha. This allows you to go to any chapter in the Bible from any chapter page. And there are forward and back arrows at the top and bottom of every chapter page that will take you to the next chapter of the book.
There is also a small scripture book icon on the upper right corner of each chapter page. Clicking that will open a pop-up that provides links to all the chapters in that chapter's book. Clicking on the book icon again will close the pop-up.
Each chapter includes one or more section headings on the left, with category icons on the right. Clicking on these icons displays a list of category items in that section. (I am currently working on this feature, so some of the chapter pages will display the category items for the entire chapter, rather than for the section alone.)
