119:1-71 Verily, thus saith the Lord, I require all their surplus property to be put into the hands of the bishop of my church in Zion,
I, the Lord, require that all surplus property be given to the bishop.
2 For the building of mine house, and for the laying of the foundation of Zion and for the priesthood, and for the debts of the Presidency of my Church.
For the building of my house, the foundation of Zion, the priesthood, and to pay the debts of my church.
3 And this shall be the beginning of the tithing of my people.
And now the tithing of church members begins.
4 And after that, those who have thus been tithed shall pay one-tenth of all their interest annually; and this shall be a standing law unto them forever, for my holy priesthood, saith the Lord.
Everyone must pay one-tenth of their income each year for my holy priesthood.
This is a law that is forever binding.
5 Verily I say unto you, it shall come to pass that all those who gather unto the land of Zion shall be tithed of their surplus properties, and shall observe this law, or they shall not be found worthy to abide among you.
Those who refuse to tithe will be expelled from the church.
6 And I say unto you, if my people observe not this law, to keep it holy, and by this law sanctify the land of Zion unto me, that my statutes and my judgments may be kept thereon, that it may be most holy, behold, verily I say unto you, it shall not be a land of Zion unto you.
7 And this shall be an ensample unto all the stakes of Zion. Even so. Amen.

Chapter pages are split into two columns. On the left is the text of the King James Version of the Bible, and on the right is my summary of the text. There are also links to the footnotes, which can be found below the text and summary columns. The footnotes provide additional information about the material in the text, with external links, YouTube videos, etc.
In the header of every chapter page you'll find a "Bible Books" drop-down menu that displays the books in the Bible, with links to the chapters in each book of the Bible and Apocrypha. This allows you to go to any chapter in the Bible from any chapter page. And there are forward and back arrows at the top and bottom of every chapter page that will take you to the next chapter of the book.
There is also a small scripture book icon on the upper right corner of each chapter page. Clicking that will open a pop-up that provides links to all the chapters in that chapter's book. Clicking on the book icon again will close the pop-up.
At the very top of the page on the right is a search (magnifying glass) icon. This allows you to search the current book for any word or word phrase. An advanced search is also available that allows more options for searching in the SAB website as a whole. After searching, you can return to the chapter page by clicking the back button.
Each chapter includes one or more section headings on the left, with category icons on the right. Clicking on these icons displays a list of category items in that section. (I am currently working on this feature, so some of the chapter pages will display the category items for the entire chapter, rather than for the section alone.
Since the print size of the text on chapter pages is rather small on most mobile devices, it may be easier to read when viewing in landscape mode. Of course, you can always pinch to enlarge when necessary.
