Were the men (or angels) inside or outside?
Two of Jesus' disciples failed to recognize him after his supposed resurrection. Maybe that was because the person they saw wasn't really Jesus.
The man (whoever he was) who talked with the two unnamed apostles on the way to Emmaus calls them fools, thereby making himself a candidate for hellfire. (Matthew 5:22)
Jesus, the invisible man!
The disciples spent the day talking to the mysterious man before finally recognizing him when "their hearts burned within them."
How many disciples did Jesus appear to in his first post resurrection appearance?
Jesus just appears out of nowhere!
Were the disciples frightened or gladdened when they saw Jesus?
Jesus claims that his suffering and death were a fulfillment of prophecy. But there is no such prophecy in the Old Testament.
Where did Jesus tell his disciples to go after his resurrection?
This phrase appears to be a later addition, since it is not present in some early manuscripts. [ Bart D. Ehrman, Misquoting Jesus: The Story Behind Who Changed the Bible and Why, (2005), p.169]
