Don't eat fat or blood. This is a perpetual commandment from God.
No one but the Jehovah's Witnesses pay much attention to this perpetual statute. And even they have decided it isn't so perpetual after all.

Don't eat blood. Whoever does will be exiled.
This is one of the verses that Jehovah's Witnesses use to forbid blood transfusions - or at least they used to. They have since changed their position to allow most blood transfusions.
