Should the gospel be preached to everyone?


No, the gospel is not to be preached to the Gentiles and Samaritans.

Jesus told his disciples not to preach to Gentiles or Samaritans.
These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not: But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. Matthew 10:5-6

I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel. Matthew 15:24

And the Holy Ghost told Paul not to preach the word in Asia.
Now when they had gone throughout Phrygia and the region of Galatia, and were forbidden of the Holy Ghost to preach the word in Asia. Acts 16:6
