How much barley did Boaz put in Ruth's veil?

Six measures

The New King James Version translates "six measures" as "six ephahs". If that is correct, then Boaz poured about 175 pounds (80 kg) into Ruth's shawl. She must have been in pretty good shape to carry so much weight.

Bring the vail that thou hast upon thee, and hold it. And when she held it, he measured six measures of barley, and laid it on her: and she went into the city. Ruth 3:15
