What does Deuteronomy 23:17 say there shall be none of among the sons and daughters of Israel?

If a man shall take his sister ... and see her nakedness, and she see his nakedness; it is a wicked thing; and they shall be cut off. Leviticus 20:17

There shall be no whore of the daughters of Israel, nor a sodomite of the sons of Israel. Deuteronomy 23:17
