According to Deuteronomy 20:19, what must you not destroy when you besiege a city?

Put some of the blood upon the horns of the altar ... and ... pour all the blood of the bullock at the bottom of the altar. Leviticus 4:7

When thou shalt besiege a city a long time, in making war against it to take it, thou shalt not destroy the trees. Deuteronomy 20:19
