No, the Quran is perfect and can never be abrogated.

Believe ye in part of the Scripture and disbelieve ye in part? And what is the reward of those who do so save ignominy in the life of the world, and ... the most grievous doom. 2:85

There is none to alter the decisions of Allah. 6:34

Perfected is the Word of thy Lord in truth and justice. There is naught that can change His words. 6:115
