28 1 God continued his instructions to Moses, saying,
Make Aaron and his sons (Nadab, Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar) priests, so they can serve me.
And make holy garments for them for glory and beauty.
4 These are the garments that you shall make: a breastplate, an ephod, a robe, a broidered coat, a mitre, and a girdle.
6 The ephod must be gold, blue, purple, and scarlet. Use fine twined linen, with cunning work.
8 Make the curious girdle of the ephod in a similar manner, of gold, blue, purple, and scarlet, with fine twined linen.
9 Take two onyx stones and engrave in gold the names of the twelve sons of Israel, six on one stone and six on another.
15 Make the breastplate of cunning work from fine linen, of gold, blue, purple, and scarlet.
17 Set the breastplate in four rows of stones; the first row shall be a sardius, a topaz, and a carbuncle.
18 The second row: an emerald, a sapphire, and a diamond.
19 The third row: a ligure, an agate, and an amethyst.
20 And the fourth row: a beryl, an onyx, and a jasper.
21 Each stone shall have the name of one of the twelve tribes of Israel.
28 Bind the breastplate by the rings to the rings of the ephod with a lace of blue, so it will be above the curious girdle of the ephod.
31 Make a blue robe with a hole in the top, with a binding so it won't tear.
33 Make a hem of blue, purple, and scarlet pomegranates, with gold bells between them.
35 Aaron must sound his bell when he goes into the holy place - or die.
36 Make a plate of pure gold and engrave these words upon it: HOLINESS TO THE LORD.
37Set the plate on blue lace and put it on the front of Aaron's mitre.
38This plate must always be on Aaron's forehead, since he bears the iniquity of the holy things.
40 Make coats, girdles, and bonnets for Aaron's sons for glory and beauty.
42 Make linen breeches for Aaron and his sons to cover their nakedness, reaching from their loins to their thighs.
43 If they come into the holy place without their holy breeches on, they will die.
This shall be a statute forever.

29 1 God continued his instructions to Moses, saying,
Take one young bullock and two unblemished rams.
10 Bring the bullock to the tabernacle, where Aaron and his sons will put their hands on its head.
11 Kill the bullock in front of God, by the door of the tabernacle.
12 Wipe the bullock's blood on the horns of the altar with your finger, and pour the remaining blood at the bottom of the altar.
13 Take the fat and kidneys and burn them on the altar.
14 Burn the flesh, skin, and dung outside the camp for a sin offering.
16 Also kill the ram and take its blood and sprinkle it round about the altar.
17 Cut the ram in pieces, and wash the internal organs, legs, and head.
18 Burn the ram on the altar for a burnt offering to me.
It is a sweet savor to me.
20 Kill the other ram and wipe some of its blood on Aaron's right ear, thumb, and big toe.
Sprinkle the remaining blood on the altar round about.
21 Take the blood that is on the altar and sprinkle it on Aaron and his sons and on their garments.
This will make them and their garments holy.
Carole asked what an ephod is, and I wasn't too sure.
But I think it's the apron-like garment upon which the breastplate and curious girdle are attached. (Wikipedia: Ephod)
