Episode 79: The Articles of faith
1 We believe in God the father, his son Jesus, and in the Holy Ghost.
2 We don't believe in original sin.
3 We believe that everyone can be saved by obeying the Gospel.
4 To obey the Gospel you must: believe in Jesus, repent, get baptized by immersion, and have hands laid on you as a gift of the Holy Ghost.
5 We believe that God must call people to prophecy, lay on hands, preach, etc.
6 We believe in the original organization of the church.
7 We believe in speaking in tongues, interpreting tongues, prophecy, revelation, visions, healing, etc.
8 We believe the Book of Mormon to be the Word of God, and that the Bible is the word of God when it's translated correctly.
9 We believe what God has revealed in the past and will reveal in the future.
10 We believe in the literal gathering of the ten tribes of Israel; that Zion will be built somewhere in North America; that Jesus will reign on earth; and the earth will be renewed to its previous glory.
11 We believe in religious freedom for all.
12 We believe in being subject to kings, presidents, rulers, etc., and we believe in obeying the law.
13 We believe that we should all try to be good people and do good to everyone.
