Surah 96: The Clot (Al-Alaq)
From a clot (1-12)
We'll grab him by the forelock - the lying, sinful forelock (13-19)
If he denieth (Allah's guidance) ... We will seize him by the forelock. We will call the guards of hell. 96:13
