0 What The Bible says about Weather

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness. 2 Timothy 3:16

Sometimes God answers prayers about the weather.

Like when Samuel asked God to make it rain.

So Samuel called unto the LORD; and the LORD sent thunder and rain that day. 1 Samuel 12:18

And when Elias (Elijah) asked God to make it not rain for three and a half years.

Elias ... prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months. James 5:17

But Jesus said that sunshine and rain happen without regard to human needs or desires.

He maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, , and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. Matthew 5:45
