Some January 6th rioters used this verse as a model for their attack of the US Capital. They blew rams' horns while marching around the Capital Building.

Scott Pruit, Trump's former Environmental Protection Agency Administrator, quoted this verse to justify preventing EPA scientists from serving as scientific advisors if they have previously obtained EPA funding for their research.
