God tried to kill Moses, but his wife, Zipporah, saved him by cutting off the foreskin of their son with a sharp stone.

The LORD met him, and sought to kill him. Then Zipporah took a sharp stone, and cut off the foreskin of her son, and cast it at his feet, and said, Surely a bloody husband art thou to me. Exodus 4:24-25

If a man has damaged testicles or has had his penis cut off, he can't enter God's congregation.

He that is wounded in the stones, or hath his privy member cut off, shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD. Deuteronomy 23:1

God sometimes talks about men with large penises.
