How should strangers be treated?

Love and be kind to them.

Love strangers as you love yourself.

The stranger that dwelleth with you shall be unto you as one born among you, and thou shalt love him as thyself. Leviticus 19:34

Love ye therefore the stranger. Deuteronomy 10:19

Treat them fairly.

Thou shalt not pervert the judgment of the stranger. Deuteronomy 24:17

Let them live with you.

Though he be a stranger ... he may live with thee. Leviticus 25:35

Don't vex or oppress them.

Thou shalt neither vex a stranger, nor oppress him. Exodus 22:21

Also thou shalt not oppress a stranger. Exodus 23:9

If a stranger sojourn with thee in your land, ye shall not vex him. Leviticus 19:33

Oppress not the stranger. Jeremiah 7:6

Oppress not the ... stranger. Zechariah 7:10

Leave some of your crops unharvested so that they will have something to eat.

Thou shalt not glean thy vineyard, neither shalt thou gather every grape of thy vineyard; thou shalt leave them for the poor and stranger. Leviticus 19:10

When thou cuttest down thine harvest in thy field, and hast forgot a sheaf in the field, thou shalt not go again to fetch it: it shall be for the stranger.... When thou beatest thine olive tree, thou shalt not go over the boughs again: it shall be for the stranger.... When thou gatherest the grapes of thy vineyard, thou shalt not glean it afterward: it shall be for the stranger..... Deuteronomy 24:19-21

Don't hurt them.

Do no violence to the stranger. Jeremiah 22:3

Whatever you do to strangers you do to Jesus.

For I was an hungered, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in. Matthew 25:35

Kill them.

God commanded the Israelites to kill without mercy the strangers that he delivered to them.

And when the LORD thy God shall deliver them before thee; thou shalt smite them, and utterly destroy them; thou shalt make no covenant with them, nor shew mercy unto them. Deuteronomy 7:2

And to kill any strangers who came near his holy place (the tabernacle).

The stranger that cometh nigh shall be put to death. Numbers 1:51, 3:10, 3:38, 18:7
