No.

Were all a bunch of filthy rags.
We are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags. Isaiah 64:6
No human is good, not even Jesus.
Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God. Mark 10:18

Yes.

Joseph of Arimatheaea was a good man.
And, behold, there was a man named Joseph, a counsellor; and he was a good man, and a just. Luke 23:50
God sends sunshine and rain on the good and the bad alike.
For he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. Matthew 5:45
He invites the good and bad to a wedding feast.
Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a net, that was cast into the sea, and gathered of every kind: Which, when it was full, they drew to shore, and sat down, and gathered the good into vessels, but cast the bad away. Matthew 13:47-48
Then, when people die, he sorts out the good and bad, putting the good in vessels and throwing the bad away.
So those servants went out into the highways, and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and good: and the wedding was furnished with guests. Matthew 22:10
