Yes

God commands us to honor our fathers.
Honour thy father and thy mother. Exodus 20:12, Deuteronomy 5:16, Ephesians 6:2
He referred to Eliakim as "a father to the inhabitants of Jerusalem."
My servant Eliakim ... shall be a father to the inhabitants of Jerusalem. Isaiah 22:20-21
Elijah was Elisha's mentor, whom he addressed as "father."
Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven. And Elisha saw it, and he cried, My father, my father. 2 Kings 2:11-12
The King of Israel also addressed Elisha as "father."
And the king of Israel said unto Elisha, when he saw them, My father, shall I smite them? shall I smite them? 2 Kings 6:21
Paul referred to Isaac as "our father."
Rebecca also had conceived by one, even by our father Isaac. Romans 9:10
The author of 1 John addressed his letter to a group of men whom he called "fathers."
I write unto you, fathers....

No, you have no father but God.

Jesus was very clear about this. No one but God should be called "father."
Call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven. Matthew 23:9
