Yes(There aren't any Bible verses that condemn gambling, but here are the ones that are often quoted by Christians who oppose it.)
Don't try to get rich. (Like gamblers tend to do.)
Labour not to be rich. Proverbs 23:4
If you want to get rich, you have an evil eye. (Gamblers want to get rich, so they must have an evil eye.)
He that hasteth to be rich hath an evil eye, and considereth not that poverty shall come upon him. Proverbs 28:22If you get rich quickly (like a lucky gambler), your end won't be blessed.
An inheritance may be gotten hastily at the beginning; but the end thereof shall not be blessed. Proverbs 20:21Poor people deal with a slack hand. (Just like gamblers.)

God divided up the promised land with a lottery.
