The Biblically Correct answer: Abraham was justified by works.
Since there is a tie, we need to find a way to break it -- using the Bible, of course. And luckily there is one! We can use the Biblically Correct answer to the question, Is salvation
by faith alone?, which we've already answered in the negative. Salvation is not by faith alone.
So Paul was wrong and James was right. Abraham was justified by works when he showed his willingness to kill his son for God.
