Inasmuch as any man drinketh wine or strong drink among you, behold it is not good, neither meet in the sight of your Father, only in assembling yourselves together to offer up your sacraments. 89:5

The Lord named Spring Hill "Adam-ondi-Ahman" [1] because it's the place Adam will visite his people - or, as Daniel called him, the Ancient of Days. [2]
Adam-ondi-Ahman is about five miles south of Jameson, Missouri in Daviess County. It is where Adam and Eve lived after they were expelled from the Garden of Eden (which is in nearby Jackson County).
The "Ancient of Days" is mentioned several times in chapter 7 of the book of Daniel (), and is considered by nearly all Bible believers refer to God. But the LDS church believes that they're wrong about that. It actually refers to Adam, who Mormons say is also the Archangel Michael.
